Working at Vitrolife

Vitrolife is active in its work on job rotation and internal recruitment. All employees within media production and quality control, for example, are able to master a number of work tasks/work stations within the department and there is continual rotation. Qualification of co-workers for new tasks is a constantly ongoing feature of the business. Vacant positions, both temporary positions and permanent positions, are advertised internally, and the co-workers are encouraged to further develop within the company. In Vitrolife we have a model for Performance Management that makes sure all employees have personal objectives that are aligned with the Company's overall objectives.

The guiding star expresses what one is really committed to and represents what one wants to be known for. The values guide us in how we are to act and make decisions in different situations. The objective is that all employees will have the guiding star and values as a basis for their daily work. Below can be seen what Vitrolife has identified within the different areas.
