We accept orders by phone, fax, e-mail or through our website. In many parts of the world, we are working with distributors. Use the Send to distributor function to find out if there is a Vitrolife distributor for your country and e-mail them your order list.

  • Order
    We accept orders by e-mail, fax, phone and through our website. 

    Standing order
    We encourage standing orders and will compose a customized shipping schedule upon agreement.

    Way of delivery
    From our Sweden-office we use DHL, FedEx or PEX (Posten Express). We can also offer other alternatives on request.  The majority of shipments from our US-office are sent by FedEx with overnight delivery.
  • Payment information
    We accept payment through post- or bank remittance, international cheque or credit card. Custom charges, bank charges and VAT are not included. Terms of payment are according to agreement. Delay in payment will cause denial of further order placements. 

    Cool chain
    Vitrolife has a long experience in packing and shipping biomedical products stored between 2 - 8ºC. We have continuously improved our shipping system and today we have a reliable system where we use passive coolers to maintain the temperature for shipments all over the world.
