A cryopreservation media with proven performance

Vitrolife F1 OMNI™is a new cryopreservation medium developed for slow freezing of cells at ultralow temperatures (-80°C to 196°C). It supports cryopreservation of a variety of mammalian cell types, including human pluripotent stem cells and human mesenchymal stem cells.

Tests with multiple stem cell lines and primary cells in several different laboratories have produced consistently excellent results showing high post-thaw viability and low toxicity. The cells maintain their healthy morphology, capability to differentiate and their expression of stem cell markers.

High quality assured through MEA, cGMP and ISO 13485

Just like all Vitrolife's products, Vitrolife F1 OMNI™is produced in accordance with cGMP and ISO 13485:2003. An extensive quality control program ensures a high lot-to-lot consistency and eliminates the need for internal testing.

Before production, extensive screening of all raw materials and production contact materials are performed including a single cell mouse embryo assays of raw material. The products are produced in cGMP facilities inspected by the FDA, TGA and other international regulatory authorities. Before the product is released each batch is quality tested thoroughly including a functional biological assay.
