ICSI

This is the procedure for micro injection of a spermatozoon into the cytoplasm of an oocyte.

The instruments can be used for denudation of the oocytes prior to injection and for the micro injection procedure itself. The media products are intended for the enzymatic dispersal of the cumulus cells, for the immobilization of spermatozoa and for handling of the oocyte at ambient atmosphere during the micro injection procedure.

Sperm handling solution. Designed to facilitate sperm immobilization and injection into the oocyte.

G-1™ PLUS

Cleavage medium supplemented with HSA. Designed to support the development of the cleavage stage embryos to around the 8-cell stage.

G-GAMETE™

Handling medium supplemented with HSA. Designed for handling and manipulating oocytes and embryos in ambient atmosphere.

OVOIL™

Ultra-pure paraffin oil. Designed for covering the surface of the media in culture tubes, wells or droplets.

HYASE™-10X

Hyaluronidase concentrate. A ten times concentrated solution to be used, after dilution, for denudation of oocytes prior to ICSI procedures.

ICSI Pipettes

Designed for aspiration and intracytoplasmic injection of a single sperm into the oocyte.

Denudation Pipettes

Designed for removing cumulus cells from the oocyte prior to ICSI procedures, to check fertilisation, or for manipulation of oocytes, embryos and blastocysts.

Holder for Denudation Pipettes

Stainless steel holder developed for maximum precision and maximum ease of handling.

Holding Pipettes

Used for immobilizing the oocyte or embryo by means of suction when performing ICSI or other micromanipulation procedures.
