Embryo Culture

This is the procedure for culture of zygotes to the cleavage stage and further to the blastocyst stage.

The instruments are designed to be used for the transfer of embryos between dishes, for embryo biopsy and for assisted hatching procedures. The media products are developed to meet the needs of early embryos and blastocysts.

G-1™ PLUS

Cleavage medium supplemented with HSA. Designed to support the development of the cleavage stage embryos to around the 8-cell stage.

G-2™ PLUS

Blastocyst development medium supplemented with HSA. Designed to support the development of the embryo from around the 8-cell stage to the blastocyst stage.

G-RINSE™

Rinse solution. Designed for rinsing of contact materials, and washing of the cervix before oocyte aspiration and embryo transfer.

G-MOPS™ PLUS

Handling medium supplemented with HSA. Designed to support the handling and manipulation of oocytes and embryos in an air atmosphere.

G-PGD™

Medium for embryo biopsy. Designed to facilitate embryo biopsy and to maintain pH during the biopsy procedure.

OVOIL™

Ultra-pure paraffin oil. Designed for covering the surface of the media in culture tubes, wells or droplets.

Denudation Pipettes
