EmbryoScope+ holds 15 patient dishes with up to 16 embryos each

The EmbryoScope+ can simultaneously acquire time-lapse videos from up to 15 patient dishes with up to 16 embryos each making it ideal for clinics who wish to offer time-lapse to all of their patients.

To improve workflow, the EmbryoSlide+ culture dishes are automatically registered using a special patient barcode labelling system.

EmbryoScope holds 6 patients with up to 12 embryos in each EmbryoSlide culture dish

Ensure the best possible embryo culture environment with EmbryoScope. The integrated design of the EmbryoScope time-lapse incubator has been developed to ensure stable incubation while automatically acquiring images of the developing embryos at defined intervals. EmbryoScope holds 6 patients with up to 12 embryos in each EmbryoSlide culture dish.

One patient per Primo Vision EVO+

The Primo Vision EVO+ microscopes are compact, digital inverted microscopes, designed for safe and convenient in-incubator use. Each microscope holds one patient.

The Primo Vision culture dish gives improved results

Each Primo Vision culture dish combines the benefits of culturing multiple embryos together, while keeping them in place for individual monitoring.1

The dishes come in two types with 9 or 16 microwells. They are designed to keep embryos in the microscope’s field of view, facilitating individual identification and monitoring. During embryo culture, all microwells are covered by one droplet of culture media to ensure an optimal culture environment.

The Primo Vision dishes are individually packed, sterile, CE marked and MEA-tested.

Validate pH of media in EmbryoScope+ time-lapse system with the pH validation dish

A specially designed gas permeable silicon lid allows equilibration of culture media in a non-sterile EmbryoSlide culture dish without use of an oil overlay. The silicon lid prevents evaporation during the equilibration period allowing direct measurement of pH in the slide without going through oil overlay.

  • For pH validation in the EmbryoScope+ time-lapse incubator.
  • Non-sterile ES+ dish with a customized gas permeable silicon lid to allow equilibration of media without oil overlay.
  • Measurements are taken directly in the dish after an equilibration for a period of 8-18 hours in the ES+. Measurements should be taken immediately after removal from incubator and removal of lid, using either a micro-pH meter or blood gas analyzer. Regular pH probes are not suitable.
  • Transfer of media to a second vessel will alter pH and therefore not recommended for measurements.
  • Dishes packed individually with lid in pouches.
  • Silicon lids are toxicity tested: Embryotoxicity tested with 1-cell mouse embryos – minimum 80% expanded blastocysts after 96 hrs, Cytotoxicity test according to ISO 10993-5, Non-pyrogenic
  • Not a medical device.
