Dear Vitrolife Customer,

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are continuously monitoring developments and are taking all necessary actions to support our customers and employees across the world. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by the outbreak.

Together we continuously must do everything we can to protect the health and well-being of patients and employees. Our contingency plans continue to be in full effect and are evolving as the situation changes. Our mission has always been, and continues to be, to support our customers to achieve successful treatment outcomes by providing valued solutions and services for assisted reproduction.

Vitrolife has production sites and distribution hubs in both Europe and the US. We also have distribution hubs in Japan and Pacific. This enables very flexible operations when it comes to production, warehousing and distribution. As usual, Vitrolife ensures the highest product quality and complies with regulatory standards. We are not experiencing any disruptions to our operations or product supply due to COVID-19 and we continue to work closely with local authorities and logistic providers to monitor the situation to ensure we can deliver products to you without disruption.

Our customer service teams across the world are operating as normal and you can place orders through all the channels. All the support you may need from our representatives, service and support teams are available, but due to travel restrictions we are currently unable to perform onsite service of equipment in some parts of the world.

We have taken necessary steps to ensure that our staff are aware of and follow guidelines as stipulated by local authorities as an effect of COVID-19. The majority of our office staff will continue to work remotely, and we have implemented rotating shifts to minimise interaction between staff. In addition, we are attending virtual customer events to be able to communicate about recent research and product innovations.

We recognise our responsibility towards customers and patients as well as to our own staff. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as needed.
